What is an Affiliate Programme?
In this case, an affiliate programme is a partnership between InterPartners (the merchant) and you, the affiliate partner (webmaster). In an affiliate scheme, merchants compensate their affiliate partners for any revenue generated through the customers they refer. This is tracked by the affiliate coded links associated with our premium gaming brands.

What is the InterPartners Affiliate Programme and how can I join?
The InterPartners affiliate marketing scheme offers you the chance to earn up to 50% commission every month. This is achieved by referring players to our premier gaming brands and affiliates are then paid based on the amount of revenue their players generate. To join, simply read the InterPartners Affiliate Programme agreement and the ECash Direct agreement and then fill out an application form.

Affiliate programmes are beneficial for both merchants and partners. In this case, InterPartners gains new players, while you, the affiliate, promote our gaming brands and are then compensated with a percentage of your referred players' losses every month.

Are there restrictions on the content of my website?
In order to ensure our affiliate partners are of the highest standard we may occasionally refuse a site. We reserve the right to reject any site which contains objectionable material such as pornography, explicit language or content, and any site which supports illegal/illicit behaviour. How do I join?

Do I need to sign up as an affiliate for each premium gaming brand separately?
No! Once you are registered as an InterPartners affiliate you can promote as many of our premier gaming brands as you want with just one account number. You can also choose which currency you want your account in, dollars, sterling or euros.

Does the cookie transfer between brands, for example between InterPoker and InterCasino?
The cookie stays with the player if they go to InterPoker and then navigates to one of the casino brands from there. This is true for all our premier gaming brands.

Do you offer a sub-affiliate scheme?

What marketing tools do you offer and how can I use them?
Just navigate to the Partner Resources section, login using your user name, password and account number and then click on marketing tools. From here affiliates will be able to access the Creative Generator. This provides full details on the types of marketing tools you have access to and which of our premium gaming brands you promote.
Every creative you use will have your affiliate code automatically embedded in them, so all you have to do is copy and paste the HTML code. All players who click on your banner will be associated with your affiliate account without the need for you or them to type in any codes. -
How is a player linked to me?
When a potential new player clicks on one of your affiliate links they are clicking on a link which contains your unique affiliate tracking code and a creative code. For example: www.intercasino.com/index.shtml?1234567|12345
The seven digit number is an affiliate's account number, while the five digit number is a creative tracking code link.
Whenever a potential player clicks a link, a cookie is set up on their computer and the player is attached to your account. When they play for real money they will appear in your affiliate reporting suite.
All these links are provided for you by the Creative Generator, so you don't have to worry about doing them yourself. As well as allowing you to track individual players, the codes also let you see how successful each banner is. All you have to do is copy and paste the HTML from the Creative Generator, and all you player has to do is click the link. Our software does the hard work for you. -
How current are my statistics?
At the moment, we update the statistics on our referred players and affiliate revenue every day at 6am EST.

What is a creative tracking code?
Put simply, a creative tracking code allows you to see which way of promoting our gaming brands is most effective. For example, if you have a website with a banner but also send out emails, the codes will allow you to check which is attracting most players. You can even compare the effectiveness of two separate banners.
Affiliates can even manually adjust codes, so they can track the same creative in different places. To do this you would need to use a five digit number in the range 01460 - 01480 so it would look like this:

Why can't I see my affiliate code in the iFrame script?
Your affiliate ID is automatically built into this code to allow dynamic banners. These banners will update when there are new creatives available and they will also use specific country banners if you have enabled geo-targeting.

Is there an example of a commission payment scheme?
Affiliate partner Mr A has 126 active referred players.
In a single month InterCasino.com (US$) gained US$98,248 in revenue from wagers made by these Referred Players.
These players accumulated at total of $32,000 in match deposit bonuses for that month.
Mr A earned 35% Commission of the net win.
($98,248-$32,000) x 35% = $23,168.80. -
How do I earn commission through InterPoker?
InterPoker takes a rake from every hand played on the site. This is a charge levied for using the poker room. This is 5% of the pot on the table. This means affiliates earn commission based on how active their players are, and the size of pots they are involved in. Affiliates earn a percentage of the rake figure.

How do I change the name on my account?
Affiliates can change the name on their account from a personal name to a company name, but not the other way round. It is not possible to change from one personal name to another unless the change is the result of marriage. In this case, the affiliate would need to provide a marriage certificate as proof.
To change to a company name please submit a request by email and attach a certificate of incorporation for the company in question, as well as proof of the firm's address. Send this to customer.verifications@ecashdirect.co.uk. -
How do I change my personal details?
Login to our website using your user name, password and account number and then access Partner Resources. You will need to complete a security check by sending proof of address, such as a utility bill, to customer.verifications@ecashdirect.co.uk.

How do I make a withdrawal?
In order to withdraw funds from their ECash account, affiliates may be required to provide certain information. Select withdraw on the ECash Direct screen and chose a payment method and the sum you would like to withdraw. Affiliates should then click the proceed button and the transaction will be processed.
Please note : You need to activate your NETeller or Click2Pay account by making a deposit of at least 20 units into your InterPartners account. Once this has been done, you can immediately withdraw that money plus your funds - it is just required for an initial activation.
